You have a story to tell and I’m here to listen.
Welcome to the start of something new! I’m so glad you’re here. I want to thank you for considering me to come along your side.
It can be challenging to step into the tender places of our stories, yet the courage to do so, allows healing to begin. I want you to know that I believe that you matter and your story matters.
No story is “too messy” nor “too broken.” You are valuable and worthy. I understand that taking the first step to experience change can sometimes feel uncomfortable and hard. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, confused, lost, discouraged, or sensing that something must change. Perhaps it’s time, time to embark on a journey that can change your life!
Hello I’m Angie!
With a trauma-informed lens, I come along your side to help you navigate your story. I work with individuals and couples struggling with fears, hurts, grief, loss, relational conflict, betrayal, and disappointment. I also work with individuals who are pursuing personal growth and seeking to discover their authentic self and purpose. The goal is wholeness, so together, we navigate the places that prevent you from living life to the fullest in every season.
I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to process and be heard. My mission is to provide you with support, encouragement, and accountability. My trauma-informed approach helps you to uncover blind spots and remove roadblocks that keep you from experiencing personal breakthroughs. I provide tools to help release you from setbacks, disappointments, and limiting beliefs. I specialize in helping people reflect, recover, and rebuild from the painful effects of relational trauma. I am passionate about encouraging people to see that growth, hope, healing, and freedom is possible.
My Approach
“He always comes alongside us to comfort us in every suffering so that we can come alongside those who are in any painful trial. We can bring them this same comfort that God has poured out upon us.” 2 Corinthians 1:4
I get it, life is not perfect. Sometimes the struggles we face can leave us feeling hopeless and overwhelmed. Sometimes the pain we experience can leave deep wounds and leave us wondering if we’ll ever recover. I used to wonder how I can erase the hard parts of my story. I wondered if there was a way to edit the messy parts of my life. Then one day, I felt God encourage me. I realized the tender parts of my story were the most beautiful and the parts that God wanted to use. The parts I was so desperately trying to erase, God wanted to use for my good.
I didn’t always see it or believe it, so I get you may be feeling the same way, as you navigate the tender places of your own story. I want to encourage you, no matter what season we find ourselves in, it is possible to love to live… even if you have or are experiencing heartbreak, relational pain, life stressors, and overwhelm.
My passion to help others comes from knowing that God has sat with me in the darkest moments of my own life. He has used the hardest places of my story to restore hope and experience healing. He has called me to sit with others to do the same. I work with individuals from all stages of life and I would be honored to be part of your journey.
